The challenge is to eat the same food that a refugee eats and get sponsored to do it! When you sign up, The Ration challenge will send you a ration pack containing the same food that a Syrian refugee living in a camp in Jordan receives – rice, beans, chickpeas, lentils, fish, oil and flour. We recommend that senior students take on the challenge for 5 days, and juniors for 3 days. By taking part, you’ll be helping children who have been forced to leave their homes, their friends, their school – everything they ever knew - because of violence and war. The money you raise will help them rebuild a new life and support them with food, medicine, clothing, and shelter. Let's get involved and make a real difference to the lives of refugees, and others impacted by conflict and disaster
