My bub is 4 months old and I've done reading up on having a drink whilst breastfeeding. I decided that a glass of wine between feeds is harmless. Of course, it's only done on special occasions. I recently wanted to have a glass directly after I fed my daughter at a gathering and found I was harshly judged by every single mother and father that was there. I'm now feeling it's not worth it to have that glass every so often.
