He sees it as a blessing, but he doesn’t do the I’m not an asshole I’m the asshole and it’s Mr asshole to you shirt that his workers do. If he worked those 12 hour shifts, 6 days a week, picking orders at the speed he demands of them, I’m thinking he would change his mind.
It’s easy to tell others how to do things and how easy it is when you have a job that is just making decisions for others. It’s a far more difficult thing when you actually attempt to do it.
Now, working 3 days a week 12 hours a day would be good, and then you have others that also work the other 3 days and 12 hours. I’m thinking his employees would love that and a salary that they can actually live on. I think Jack Ma shows just how any CEO is out of touch with their work force. From the guy who probably doesn’t do his own laundry, cook his own food, do his own yard work, shop for his own groceries or clean his own bathroom, etc. When you have enough money to live like a giant toddler, then yes, you can “ work” 12 hours days.
